These clear acrylic displays hold a small stack of brochures and are mounted to a wall by using the mounting holes in the back panel as shown in the drawings.  The top features a lid which helps to protect materials from the elements.  Of course, these are not "water proof," or "storm proof" - that kind of protection is a MUCH more expensive item.
